  • When will the offer expire?
    • See here. The offer expires on 12/1/2025. However, there will be multiple price increases during the year. Getting a promo code will NOT lock your price.
  • How may I sign up?
    • Sign up here. If the page does not let you go through, it means either you are too early or too late. Check the dates here.
  • Can you send me a promo code?
    • No, you have to upload student proof and request a promo code in our system.

Why am I not getting a reply?

We almost always reply to every email sent to us. Troubleshoot possible causes below:

  1. You actually have received the reply, but it is in your spam / junk folder.
  2. You had a typo in your email address. (This is more common than you think! Try copying & pasting instead of typing.)
  3. You left a college (.edu) email address, which typically has a much more aggressive spam filter. Try a personal email address, such as Gmail or Outlook.
  4. You did not ask an account-related and issue-specific question. For example, one of the questions in FAQ, or simply ads.
  5. You sent multiple inquiries regarding the same issue. We'll choose only one to reply.
  6. You were sending an email to an unmonitored email box, such as "verify@". Use this form or the link at the bottom of the page instead.
