- When will the offer expire?
- See here. The offer expires on 12/1/2025. However, there will be multiple price increases during the year. Getting a promo code will NOT lock your price.
- How may I sign up?

- No, you have to upload student proof and request a promo code in our system.
Why am I not getting a reply?
We almost always reply to every email sent to us. Troubleshoot possible causes below:
- You actually have received the reply, but it is in your spam / junk folder.
- You had a typo in your email address. (This is more common than you think! Try copying & pasting instead of typing.)
- You left a college (.edu) email address, which typically has a much more aggressive spam filter. Try a personal email address, such as Gmail or Outlook.
- You did not ask an account-related and issue-specific question. For example, one of the questions in FAQ, or simply ads.
- You sent multiple inquiries regarding the same issue. We'll choose only one to reply.
- You were sending an email to an unmonitored email box, such as "verify@". Use this form or the link at the bottom of the page instead.
